Overview / Abstract:

This 2.5 day course focuses on new developments and issues related to the use of vaccines. Expert faculty will provide the latest information on vaccines, including updated recommendations for vaccination across the lifespan and innovative and practical strategies for ensuring timely and appropriate immunization.

The course is specifically designed for physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, physician/medical assistants, pharmacists, public health professionals, vaccine program administrators, and other healthcare professionals interested in clinical aspects of vaccine delivery.

Sponsored by the National Foundation for Infectious Diseases (NFID) and Emory University.

NFID is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization founded in 1973 dedicated to educating the public and healthcare professionals about the causes, treatment, and prevention of infectious diseases across the lifespan.
