Overview / Abstract: |
Mayo Clinic Arizona presents this conference in an ongoing collaboration with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and MD Anderson Cancer Center to provide the latest evidence-based approach to gynecologic surgery, including oncology, urogynecology, and pelvic pain. This ongoing collaboration promises the latest evidence in gynecologic malignancy that women’s health providers can incorporate into their everyday practice. Mayo Clinic faculty, along with esteemed guest faculty will also discuss tackling advanced gynecologic surgery and pelvic floor disorders, such as pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence and pelvic pain. The course will feature didactic lectures not only on surgical approach, but also preoperative planning including genetic counseling, along with enhanced recovery pathways. Surgical video presentations and panel discussions will optimize interactions between faculty and course participants. |
