Facts on COVID-19 Vaccinations: Pfizer-BionTech


Pharmacists play a critical role in administering COVID-19 vaccinations and properly educating patients that are receiving or are hesitant about the vaccine. There continues to be emerging information on vaccinations, and pharmacists need to stay up-to-date on the most current information. An update on the most recent vaccination information is needed in order to keep pharmacists and other healthcare personnel up-to-date.

Brief Bio : Dr. Wilhelm is Clinical Assistant Professor in the Pharmacy Practice Department and Community Clinical Pharmacist with Schnuck’s Pharmacy. She received her Pharm.D. from the University of Kansas and completed a community pharmacy residency at B&K Prescription Shop partnered with the University of Kansas School of Pharmacy. She has worked as a community pharmacist and has precepted pharmacy residents. Her areas of interest include medication therapy management, disease state management and education, and self-care.
