Medicare Parts C and D Fraud, Waste, Abuse and General Compliance Training 2021

This two-part course satisfies the CMS Medicare Part C and D FWA and General Compliance Training requirement.

At the time of the most recent revision to this training, CMS no longer requires unmodified General Compliance and FWA training be completed by first tier, downstream (FDR), and related entities (FDRs; e.g., physicians, pharmacies, and other providers) due to the Patients Over Paperwork Initiative. Many payor-provider contracts, however, continue to require such training; this course may be used to help fulfill those requirements.
