Target Audience Nephrologists and primary care providers. The secondary audiences are endocrinologists, cardiologists, specialists in internal medicine (MDs and DOs), nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, and pharmacists. Learning Objectives Upon completion of this activity, participants should be better able to: Identify the limitations of current preventive strategies and treatments for CKD, along with the residual need to further reduce associated impacts on CVD and overall mortality risk |
