The Blended Introduction to Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Training Course provides participants a comprehensive introduction to upper and lower extremity musculoskeletal ultrasound for diagnostic applications and ultrasound guided injection/aspiration techniques. The Blended Education format provides flexibility while providing time and cost savings. Begin with the self-paced online course: Taught by leading musculoskeletal ultrasound experts, the online course incorporates comprehensive lectures and interactive case presentations, and post-activity quizzes. Then attend Scanning Skills Workshop: Join us in sunny St. Petersburg, FL for a Two-Day (12 Hours) scanning skills workshop featuring the industry lowest 3:1 participant to expert faculty ratio with standardized patient models and inanimate phantoms for interventional practice. Because performing ultrasound-guided interventions requires a strong knowledge base pertaining to sonoanatomy, pathology, and scanning and needle-guidance techniques, this course also offers the option to add on a 4-hour interventional cadaver lab with un-embalmed human cadaver specimens to allow the learner to immediately integrate the skills learned into clinical practice. For the best ultrasound education experience, completion of the online course prior to hands on scanning is recommended. |
